I am a native of Tavira and was born in this wonderful city's former hospital. I am 53 years old, a father of a teenager, and my hobby is recreational fishing, specifically Surfcasting. I have always lived in the Sotavento Algarvio, an area which I consider the best region in the world to live, work and raise a family. Living in this part of the Algarve means enjoying our culture, our climate, our gastronomy. In short, it means benefiting from a unique freedom, making the most of what nature has to offer us. From islands with golden sandy beaches as far as the eye can see, to the best restaurants, to the Olhão market, to the seafood from our Ria Formosa, and the fresh fish from our sea, Olhão is a very special area and I am very happy to call it "HOME". I studied Human Resources Management, an MBA in Marketing and recently completed a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Investments from ISCTE. I have also completed other training courses, such as: property valuation, trainer training, Sales Training, photography for the real estate sector, taxation, Home Staging, among others. I have worked in various companies, namely Zurich Insurance Company, Finibanco, BNP Paribas, Credifin and Exchange Financial Consulting. In 2010 I started in the real estate sector at Remax. My passion for real estate began in 2005, when I decided to invest my savings in a property, which I then sold 2 years later with a generous profit. From there I made other real estate investments, which proved to be correct decisions with excellent appreciation. From there, entering the real estate sector was a small step. However, I lived through the post-2008 Sub-prime crisis in this industry, which gave me enormous experience and learning to face my professional and personal future. I am part of the Ria Properties team powered by eXp (which has over a decade of experience in the real estate sector) specializing in the Sotavento Algarvio, with emphasis on the areas of Olhão, Tavira, Faro and São Brás.
